Maybe this phone was nice in it's debut, but trying to keep up with newer phones with the i860 is rather hard. I've had this phone for a while. Very true, it has it's good points, but it's still weighted down with it's lack of features. One of the biggest things that stands out is it's in Nextel-inherited lack of speaker quality. When you get a call, it's almost like a block of snowy white noise that resembles your ringtone. If you are buying a phone, don't buy this one. Go for the i880. I've seen the i860 on nextel's website. It's several hundred dollars. It's way too expensive for it's quality
